TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. By approving an estimate, paying an invoice, or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

  2. Payment & Order Commencement

    • Pre-Payment Required: All invoices must be paid in full before any custom work, digitizing, or item sourcing will be placed into production.

    • Orders will not enter our production schedule or queue until full payment is received and processed.

    3. 2. Custom Item Sales

    • All Sales Are Final: Due to the customized nature of our products, all custom item sales are final.

    • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been approved and entered production. Please ensure all design details, sizes, quantities, and item specifications are thoroughly reviewed prior to payment.

    4. 3. Digitizing & Setup Fees

    • One-Time Fee: Digitizing and setup fees are a one-time charge per specific artwork size.

    • Sizing Adjustments: Standard digitizing covers the specified artwork size, as well as minor sizing adjustments within a +/- 5% range. Any size changes exceeding +/- 5% will require new digitizing and additional setup fees.

    5. 4. Embroidery Digitizing & Sewouts

  5. Proofing & Sewouts: All embroidery digitizing fees include a physical or high-resolution sample sewout utilizing the thread colors chosen by the client or suggested by our design team.

  6. Fabric & Color Variations: Please note that sample sewouts may be performed on test/scrap fabrics. Fabric colors and textures shown during the sewout phase may not exactly match the final garment fabric. Thread colors will render as agreed upon, but subtle color variations may occur depending on the substrate fabric.
